If sewer service is not available at your property, a septic system is needed. Whether your project is residential or commercial, newly constructed or an addition, we will design a system that meets your needs.
- ALTERNATIVE SEPTIC SYSTEMS
Alternative wastewater treatment is needed when a standard septic system is not suitable. We will design the treatment system that best meets the challenges of your site and budget. As an independent engineering firm we are free to choose from a number of treatment options. Options include aerobic and textile filter treatment, sand lined trenches, intermittent sand filters, mound systems, subsurface drip line irrigation, constructed wetlands, composting toilets, gray water systems and others.
- SITE AND SOIL EVALUATIONS
We conduct site investigations and percolation or soil characterization tests. This is the most important step in the design process and our company is known for its expertise in this area.
- SEWER AND WATERLINE EXTENSIONS
We prepare plans for line extensions to both single parcels and subdivisions. With our design experience and background in governmental plan review, your plan review time will be minimized.
- SEWAGE LIFT STATIONS AND PRESSURE SEWERS
Your residential or commercial project may require a lift station to convey sewage to the public sewer. Our designs include pretreatment if required.
